"Had to get two used tires today! These guys were professional, well organized and quick. They had about 7 vehicles ahead of me and I was grateful that I was in there and out the door in 30 minutes. The used tires they put on looked almost brand new and their prices were awesome!!!"
"I apricate someone who shoots straight with me on the issues my vehicle is having. When my belt broke they replaced it, but after solving the issue, the area around the belt started making weird sounds? Instead of giving me back a screeching car they asked for an extra day, I respect someone who takes pride in their work and as such plan to visit them again soon with some other issues."

"Took my car in to get a tire replaced. The tire that needed to be replaced was brand new. A little back story: I brought a tire Hamms 4_6 Mos prior. Three weeks ago I hit a pot hole and the tire from Hamms brust. Roadside assistants gave me a slightly bigger tire and the censor was not recognizing the tire pressure. I got back to Hamms a week ago prepared to pay full price for a new tire, but I was give a discount. The manager specifically asked me if I had a spare and I told him "no". So I assume he would put the brand new slightly bigger tire in my trunk for a spare? When I check my trunk a few day later not only did they take the busted tire that was inside my trunk they keep the slight bigger new tire the replaced. When I called they keep telling me they were going to look for my tire. Well today I asked for the manager and he was condescending and rude. He told me its protocol for them to keep tires when they replace them. I'm 50yrs old and never have I ever had a tire shop keep a tire that wasn't not damage. If they were replacing a spare would they have kept the spare too? Please becareful cheap, but they do not stand on business."
