"Like this location and the people working at it (no complaints). Problem I have is toward NAPA in general, not this location. Bottom line.... I thought I was getting a deal with the 2nd Saturday sale. After checking, all items that I got discounted still cost more than elsewhere. In the end I could have just bought the EXACT same items in Walmart and saved a significant amount of money. Check your options, "sales & discounts" aren't always what they seem."

"Complete waste of time and money. Ordered rotors online showed pickup in 30min. Get to store and was told 3-5 days. So rep says I have some better in stock for same price. I grab them get home take rotors off and these aren’t for even a car 6 lug for a truck. Complete hassle and to top that off my original rotors cost $139 these were $105. Don’t get me wrong all the guys are very nice and tried everything to keep me happy all I wanted was the correct part which didn’t happen."

"Got my 30% off by a minute before 10 a.m.! Originally gave 4 stars but on 22.12.21 after getting the rt shock off to replace, calling my usual napa store on pioneer; only to find out the #37164 shocks don't even match for my 2000 Chevy c2500. I was l livid! Wanted to bash the guy who looked it up & sold it to me, upside his head! Had to put parts back just to go to my usual to exchange. I guess these guys have enough "office politics" going on it's affecting their job."
