Posted price of Large coffee is $1.49. Add tax makes total $1.61. Register charge is $2.37. Clerk says she can't do anything about it."
"You should really train the people in your store how to use that app. I went into the 7-Eleven asking why my price didn't change on the pump when it changed on my app and she's knows nothing about it. And how to help your customers. In my experience of customer service for 20 years that is poor customer service experience. People at your store should know how to help other people with your products and services."
