"I always buy several perfumes and colognes every time I go. However, my most recent time I had accidentally bought the wrong perfume and I went in the next day to ask for an exchange not even a refund, I was willing to pay for any difference if there was I just wanted the right perfume. Keep in mind I’m looking at the correct perfume behind the young girl and she was very firm on no exchanges or refunds. Just for that alone it’s bad on business. I think I’ll look for a new place to buy my perfumes because reassurance is everything for a business. They clearly don’t provide that."

"Very bad customer service. I entered and was not greeted I had to greet a couple sitting behind the counter. Not a very welcoming experience. I asked for a specific perfume I was immediately told they did not have it. They continued their conversation not once standing up to offer further assistance I looked around but could have used some help since there are a million different options on display.I would've bought afew other scents but felt completely ignored as if I was interrupting their personal conversation. I headed towards the door and neither seemed to care one bit not a good bye have good day thank you for stopping by NOTHING.. you get what you pay for guess it's better to pay more at the mall where they actually want to sell."
