"Used to love shopping at this store in San Antonio, there was great inventory and exceptional customer service there. When I found out there was one here in El Paso, I was thrilled so I took my mom to check it out and I wish I hadn't. The staff was beyond rude and selection sucked. Sad to say I will no longer shop here, I literally had to grab my receipt from the cashier because he wouldn't give it to me. We asked 3 different employees for help with getting the 2nd pair to one of the shoes we wanted but 2 of the employees asked us to wait because they were restocking some shoes, finally the 3rd one paged another one over their walkie talkie and finally another employee showed up to help. Rack room shoes has won me over now after this experience. Go elsewhere if you want to get customer service and good selection."
"We were going to buy some shoes for my mom, they said they were on sale. When we got to checkout, turns out they weren’t but were advertised as a sale price. The manager Irene said it’s not the stores fault that it was advertised wrong so she didn’t honor it, but law it needs to be honored because it is in fact the stores responsibility to make sure everything is right. Bad customer service!"
