"I have always thought this was one of the better chain store businesses around. Buy most of my tires from them. But today I went by because my tire pressure light was showing low air pressure in one of my tires. I thought it was probably reacting to the weather but since Discount Tire offers this easy air pressure service I decided to whip in and let them check. There were no other cars in line, so I pulled in and waited. Ten minuets go by without any greeting or acknowledgement, I pulled up to the showroom and asked the first employee I ran into if they were still offering the service. He told me to go back and get in line and someone would be there soon. Not good enough customer service for me, will be taking all my tire purchasing elsewhere."

They talked me into the insurance for my tires and I wasn't sure about it until today. Found a nail in my tire and went right over. In and out in 30ish minutes with no appointment.
