"If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst Firestone I have ever been to. The technicians are extremely disrespectful!! Don’t bother with an appointment, they will still get your car back 2 hours later without a heads up. Hopefully, they can’t mess up an oil change and I’ll get new tires elsewhere!!!"

"I have recently been going to this store purely because I have had much better experiences than the store in Bartonville. My visits to the Swisher Road location have always felt like they came with honesty, and Brycen has taken great care of us each and every time. I'll continue to drive the extra miles and call that Firestone my "Go To" store. Thanks, Brycen and Team!"

"Last July my left rear tire blew out on the highway, causing me to spin out. I went to this location to get everything checked out after replacing all 4 tires. I was referred to this location thinking they were trustworthy (especially since a family friend was the one who helped me at this store). I was told that my inner tie rods were bent severely, and that it would cost $1,100 to replace. I could not afford that at the time, so they did an alignment instead (something you’re not supposed to do if you have messed up tie rods, it’s pointless). After going to 3 different places after Firestone, I am being told my car is completely fine with absolutely no damage. Firestone tried to take advantage of my situation by telling me something was very wrong with my car when it was nothing. This caused extreme driving anxiety for me, thinking that something could snap or break at any given moment, and I didn’t have the funds to fix it. I will not be returning to any Firestone after this experience!"

"My truck wouldn't start, so I had ot towed to Firestone. I figured it was the alternator, cause AAAndidna battery check and said the battery was still good. Firestone wanted to charge me to check the battery (even after I told them I didn't need them to) and then tried to say I needed a whole new engine. After a lot of questions and frustration on my part, they called back and said "It's a Christmas miracle, your truck is working just fine." So almost $200 dollars later I have a truck that starts, but no idea why was wrong with it. Next time I will definitely go somewhere else."

"This location is very scammy. I've had two incidents now where they have tried to overcharge my parents with unnecessary things and when we take it elsewhere immediaty get different answers and a huge margin in prices. This time they sent me an invoice for @1400$ and within a few hours later send an invoice @2600$. Towed it for 170 + 1100 to fix at a different location: 1270$ total to have it finished by tomorrow. This location feels very inconsistent. I'll never allow my parents to choose a location that will blatantly try to take advantage of people."
