The manager Jeff was training another employee at this location he was very polite and patient with him and when Jeff attended me as well my gift card was having issues with system. He was very helpful and had excellent customer service and insight. He was able to help adjust the issue."

"Three employees stood talking with each other while my partner and I stood in front of the empty ice cream trays. A sign was taped to the glass partition that said they only had three flavors, but two were already scratched out. A customer can understand technical difficulties, as we did, but there’s no excuse to be rude and not even acknowledge the people standing in front of you. A woman walked in after us and was shown the same lack of respect. We went next door where the doors were open and people were inside, but the employees looked at us, said they were sorry but they were closed. It was a small gesture, but it showed the level of customer service and, honestly, just plain common courtesy. We’ll likely go back to that one, but we don’t feel encouraged to come back to Cold Stone at this location. Zero stars for customer service here."
