"I understand when employees have disagreements, but to argue in front of customers is very unprofessional. Also, cashiers need to understand their gestures when people are paying for their merchandise, there was no need for the cashier to point her hand out to the person in front of me nor at me next saying: “I don’t want to deal with him!” It makes customers think like what did we do, we don’t have anything to do with the problems that happens there."
"Terrible experience, their car wash would not process my card because of a network error. I tried cash and it ate my quarters and would not give them back. It was a bad experience, one that I will never repeat. Don’t use the car wash either, the car in front of me didn’t even come out clean. Why can’t these places at least try to maintain their equipment?"
