"It did not taste like a caramel Frappuccino it tasted like hazelnut or butterscotch and just weird they were out of venti cups and caramel crunch so maybe thats why it taste so bad save yourself and just go to the daily grind it’s better at everything"

"I ordered the vanilla oatmilk shaken espresso yet paid $8 for a cup of MILK. Asked them to remake and they told me it would take an extra 15 minutes when I already waited 30+ minutes in line. Inflation has already jacked up prices as it is yet they can’t even make it a decent coffee."
