"I got some type of 5 free oil change deal when I purchased my truck and I go for my second one and they tell me it’s not showing up on their systems. Idiots at service couldn’t even confirm my appointment that I made via phone the previous day. Every time I go it’s something with these people. I’m taking my service elsewhere they all are stupid and unreliable. 0 stars. So frustrating !"
"Gillman Chevrolet Harlingen, Texas I'll keep this short and will refrain from mentioning names for now....Well I took my Corvette C8 about 2-3 months ago due to the dashboard leather bubbling - still under warranty. They took pictures and submitted to warranty department and told me it would most like be an immediate approval. After a visit and several calls later I was told that supposedly the airbag has not been received but is required to replace the dash which is apperently already there. It is now January '24 and still no courtesy follow up calls. Has anyone else had this or similar experiences at Gillman in Harlingen, Texas?"
"Their service team is great. The fifth star though, went to Charlie Clark. I had just come back from my daughter's oil change there and they blew me away with the complimentary breakfast and coffee. Seriously though, your service team keeps you 4 stars high. Visit Charlie for pointers to pick up that 5th star ⭐."
