Quick Lane at Boggus Ford

"Slooooooow. Had a normal service that was supposed to be one hour. It took over 3 hours."

"Awesome work and quick. Went in for brake pads. ***Update*** Had to take my car to dealership because parking brake didn't work. They found that the brake pads that Quick Lane Boggus Ford installed were not correct for make and model and weren't letting the parking brake cable sit properly. The Quick Lane Bogus Ford rep. assured me they would do it right and quick and that make and model didn't matter. Half right. Now I have to pony up more money to have it fixed!"

"We have been customers of Bogus Ford Harlingen for many years. Their service had been great for many years and the shuttle service was VERY helpful but due to the pandemic they stop those services and now they never have the drivers for it. So we drop our truck off for an oil change as usual, pick up the truck, drive off head home, we arrive within 20 min (ish) and we notice something hanging in the bottom, we look, took pictures, called Bogus they said bring it in. We were on our way out of town in a rental of course, arrived came home took the truck back to bogus and the Rep there states, we had already taking the truck to them like that and I said, we have ALWAYS brought this vehicle and our other vehicles with you and your going to tell me, we did this." His response, I didn't say that I said we got the truck like that. WoW!! OK, so if it wasn't us (vehicle owners and your saying it wasn't you'll, then who??? Anyway. I try to show him pictures to prove we got the truck like this from them. The advisor then tried saying that we must hit it in the bottom with something and torn it off, well if you look the black cover it has no scratches and we live in an area where the street is no condition to cause this much wear and tear for him to even suggest this type of possibility is absurd. I even made the advisor aware that we had always conducted business with them and trusted them on their work, for them to turn this around and blame us, charge us to get it repaired, when we clearly have been taking our Ford to them only for oil changes. This is ridiculous!!"

"The service department guys were friendly and professional, I had to wait five hours. However, I did not have an appointment and it was an emergency, so no complaints here I am just glad they helped."
