"Clean store,,but to check out,,ohh my God,,,i counted the people in line to get charged,,there was 24 customers waiting,,and only 3 cashier's,,,2 of the cashier's took more than 15 minutes with a customer,,one cashier was pressing the buttons on her register like she didn't know what she was doing ,, cashier's are so slow no matter how many customers they see in line,,people were just looking at each other like put another person on cashier"

"I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/27/2023. When I was notified they were in store and I could pick them up I drove the 1.5 hours to pick them up only to be told they were "missing". They said they were lost in transit. They gave me a gift card and re-ordered the shoes after putting in the system that I had picked up the shoes (which I never did). The new order was not attached to my account so I have been unable to track it. I called and spoke to someone I couldn't understand so I called again. This time they said it was en route to the store. I had specifically asked for it to be shipped to my mailing address since they lost it en route to the store last time. I just found out from customer service that they have had them sitting in the store for 6 days without me knowing. I've been calling and calling (the local store where they shipped them to) and nobody answers the phone, this has been the worst experience I have ever had with customer service outside of a doctors office. I'm extremely disappointed! I wish there was a way I could email customer service so I could talk to a human representative who could actually do something about this, but unfortunately this is not possible. :( I used to love JCP. Sad to say, their service is why I'm so disappointed and can't support them."

"Store was clean and in order. Not many employees on the floor. Children's dressing room was clean and in order. Cashiers were fast and professional. I would recommend this store."

"The undercover theft guy they have at this location is way too obvious and way too easy to mess with. I got the dude to follow me around randomly for a good 20 min before I assured him I wasn't going to steal anything. He surprisingly replied with a simple thank you and walked away. Good stuff..."

"SALE! SALE! SALE! If you’re looking for quality product, organize store, at a discount, this is the place to be. I never liked going inside JCPenney, the store was usually empty, no one to help you and no one shopping. This store is the opposite, it even has good music. I highly recommend this store."
