"Had a bad experience getting a name tag and a badge with velcro. Paid for it on a Saturday, was told it would be ready on Wednesday. Wasn't ready on Wednesday was told to come back Thursday. Thursday comes around and again my order isn't ready. I showed up Saturday to ask for a refund. They wasted my time. I am sure in store purchases are no problem, but on this occasion all they did was waste my time."

"I order some Polo shirts from here, they were friendly and helpful when I first got there. I needed a logo embroidered and Melissa told me they would be ready late the following week. It was between Christmas and New Years so I wasn't expecting them to be ready. I called the Thursday after New Years and was given an excuse about not knowing how I wanted our logo. I had explained how I wanted it, which was just the simple lettering and was told she forgot to call and ask and they would be ready the follwoing week. When I went to pick up my order the the color count was wrong. Melissa told me she needed to order an extra 1 since it was not in stock. I had ordered 3 green, 1 blue and 1 black. I received 2 green, 2 black and 1 blue. I explained to Melissa that the order was wrong and decided she wanted to argue about who was right and who was wrong. Basically telling me I was wrong and she knew what I ordered. My co-worker was ready to put in another order with them. We will be taking our business where they don't argue with the customer who knows what they ordered and will admit that they were wrong. Do not recommend."

"Every embroidery job I have taken they have messed up and or given low quality work for expensive prices. Last time I went 5 minutes before they opened and a guy that obviously worked there or might be the owner, comes out thru the side of the building, goes up to me all paranoid and guarded and says “Can I help you with something bro?” I was like umm isn’t this a store? And he said yes and I was like ummm…. I need to buy something, and he was like ummm let me go open the door from the inside lol. Not a fan of this store."

"Terrible service and terrible, terrible customer service. Dropped off a shirt to add logo on July 8th. Told me it would be ready next week. Nothing. Called them July 15 and they said "not ready" and couldn't tell me why. Called on Monday July 18 and they could not say where it was. Went in person same day and this is what they said - "it's taking a long time because it's only 1 shirt". No apologies and no show of concern when I mentioned I need the shirt for July 20. Unbelievable this store gets any business. By some miracle they miraculously called me the next day and it was done. They must go by the business model "don't do any work until the customer complains""
