"Our first time here the associate that helped us was very knowledgeable on the On Cloud selection and we really appreciated that but since then I have gone back twice and there was a specific employee that was dismissive when I asked about the selection so I decided to just walk out, we just went back and had another interaction with the same employee and another associate and instead of being worried about helping us find the shoes we wanted they were concerned about having both doors open and made it a point to close door close to us and stand as if they needed act like security….not sure if the store has had robbery insistentes but they were quick to make us feel uncomfortable. Had they not had the sale we would have not purchased here. Based on the receipt the employees name is Valerie, given that this is a local store and it’s location, customer service needs to be top priority and given the other reviews seems like it could improve"

"So I went to Black Flag Outfitters during the week and I was very disappointed. First off its during the week, nice and slow, lots of employees including the manager/owner. I was ready to spend money on 2 pairs of shoes and some clothing for my wife. No one acknowledged us , no one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help, not even the manager/owner. We decided to order everything online through a different source. Manager/Owner you have a really cool store but train your employees to greet every customer that walks in through your door. Make that your priority, customer service. I guarantee you that your sales will increase and word of mouth will go out. Your customer count will increase."

"It's like a hidden Gem in El Paso! the products they se are amazing and of great quality! but more important the staff is so helpful! and amazing!!! its de finitely a place worth shopping at!"

"We bought a yeti cooler on Father’s Day and we’re told we can return within 14 days for whatever reason. But after the 14 days of there were any issues we would have to contact Yeti. We go to the this store on the following Saturday and because we had used it one time we could not return. So much for your return policy for “whatever reason”. The same guy who sold us this cooler and told us the “return policy” is one and the same who told us that we could not return. Anything to make a sale and commission."

"Bought a $100 Yeti Rambler and when I used it... it leaked... I went back to exchange it and the manager said they only have 15 days exchange policy.... really?! I try to support local or small stores, but when things like this happen... they are just sending you right back to Walmart, Cabelas,Academy,etc..."
