"I don't shop here but I needed a nicotine product that they don't have anywhere else in Cotulla. The cashier I spoke to was very nice and helpful. I had an issue with the product I purchased and Store owner and staff know that this product has defects and some are not working. Instead of pulling them off the shelf they have you try it there in store and if it doesn't work they give you another one she had a pile that didn't work, okay but what about when I walk out the store and down the road it stops working and has a full cartridge. They didn't want to replace the item and keep the broken one to send back to manufacturer. They knowingly are selling an item that won't work and you are out $10. The manager on duty called the store owner on the phone and he wouldn't allow to change my product for a working one. Bottom line is if you know there is problems with it DON"T SELL IT and take people's money if you are not willing to give them a replacement."
