"So 4 stars for gas prices, as they are 20 to 30 cents cheaper than other stations between van horn & El Paso, but the 3 stars are for restrooms are not clean. This is a small station, with hometown little eatery, the vaquero grill, do not confuse this with a lives travel stop. It also is a Valero station & not an Exxon as it shows on Google maps. We will stop here each time to save on gas. This is not a truck stop."

"Upon arriving at this gas station, my sister began pumping gas. While she did this, I, my daughter, and my niece went in to use the restroom. I noted the sign on the door stating ‘restroom for customers only’. Understandable. I had just gotten situated in the restroom (about 1 minute and 30 seconds tops) when a clear as day deep voice knocked on the door and said ‘hurry up and get out of here’. I was rather startled and embarrassed. Why would somebody say that? Maybe if we were parked in the restroom for longer than an average amount of time, then maybe it would be more appropriate. But then, when is telling a customer to ‘hurry up’ ever appropriate? I told my niece and daughter to wait in the restroom and not exit. I was afraid the same rude employee would confront them. My family proceeded to grab a few concessions before I walked up to the counter. During this time, one of the employees (the one with a permanent scowl on her face) looked away as if to appear busy (even though there wasn’t anything for her to attend to) before I had to greet with a ‘good morning’. I proceeded to ask if a male worked in the vicinity, to which they replied ‘no’, I then mentioned the door knocking situation, and they said ‘yeah there is no male that works here’, but they did not confirm nor deny that someone knocked and said for us to get out. As I was walking away I heard the employee with the scowl tell the other employee ‘what? People have been using the restroom more’. A minute prior, when I approached the counter with the concessions I intended to pay for, she couldn’t look at me. I presume this was the same women who told us to get out, she made a quick wrong judgment in that she thought we were not paying customers. We paid for gas, bought soda, chips, an energy drink and ice. But maybe that’s not enough for scowl woman. She wanted to be rude behind a door, but once confronted with a customer who inquired about the behavior, she did not mention her own fault. Very rude."

"Good price for gas. Restrooms reasonably clean. Garbage cans could use to be emptied. For out-of-towners, it's interesting to note that the gas is 86 octane due to the elevation (which is perfectly fine!)"

"Just on the north side of I-10, not too hard to find. Subway is attached to this location. Clean restrooms. Please be aware that that Regular gas is 86 Not 87. The rewards program is unavoidable in this location, but you can still use the rewards app here to pay."
