"Don't bother if you're from out of town and can't take their stupid introduction class that they offer only one day a week. All i wanted to do is change my own oil and they wouldn't let me without taking a class on another day. The manager lady was super rude about everything from the moment I walked in. I've been at bases all over the country and never had this experience at the self service shops. They are forcing people to change their oil somewhere it will probably get dumped into nature. Extremely poor service toward soldiers and vets."
