"The dining experience was great overall! To start off, the Yuzu Strawberry Calpico was fresh and sweet, an extremely easy to enjoy drink. The Lychee Passion Fruit was also really fresh, maybe even a little too fresh. The bitterness of the citrus was noticeable. The spicy edamame was slightly charred and really flavorful! Such a simple dish, but was so good nonetheless. The A5 Wagyu (New Style) had a really strong vinegary flavor profile, and felt a tad overwhelming for me. The Garlic Shrimp with creamy spicy sauce was amazing though! There was a diverse pick of vegetables, and the sauce had the perfect balance of spice to savory ratio - highly recommend! Lastly, the Almond Miso cheesecake was very solid! The menu made it sound more extraordinary than how it tasted, but was 100% still a delight to enjoy. Overall, the dining experience at Nobu was great and quite enjoyable!"

"Had the omakase here and loved it. Very generous with the pieces of fish and everything was good except for the mackerel. We sat at the sushi counter and loved the interactions with the chef. Probably wouldn’t do the omakase again but would like to try the a la carte side of the menu"

"I came in with a Dinner for 1 reservation as I was in town, for a conference on my birthday. The service was amazing from the start with the Hostess and punctuated by the impeccable service rendered by Kiara, my server who was attentive, informative and so very accommodating! She recommended a cocktail that may have been the best I've had in quite a while that was made to perfection! I will definitely be patronizing the Dallas location in hopes of recreating this experience. Kiara is a GEM!"

The tempura fish on happy hour melted like clouds in the mouth, crispy okra was delicious, sea bass was amazing... until next time!"
