"First time eating Wendy's breakfast and I was beyond disappointed. They didn't have the biscuit for their #4 honey butter chicken biscuit combo. It also didn't come with the honey butter spread. The attendant gave off the "I hate my job vibe" the whole 30 mins we were there. We asked for hot sauce and instead got hot chili(?), which had no flavor or spicy of any level. They had no Powerade in the machine."
"Catherine was the woman at the register today and she was phenomenal. I was stuck on what I wanted and she quickly stepped in and recommended me the Nacho burger. I took the offer and she smoothly upsold me all the way to a triple nacho burger large meal. She had a great vibe to her and I appreciated her customer service very much. Not to mention the food was delicious, fresh at the perfect temperature."
