"Ran into a situation with their cashier Nathan last night after observing him help a caucasian lady, I was next trying to purchase three six packs he said he couldn't put them all in one purchase in the smart checkout box! I only asked if he would please try since I was in a bit of a rush then he looked like if he wasn't trying when I'm pretty sure there is a protocol Incase those smart self checkout boxes are not working but that is for a manager to answer. Anyway after a minute more I said I would do the separate purchases and inserted my debit when he asked for my DL, I handed it to him then suddenly he said I am being rough so he is going to do a refusal of sale! What I said like " you are not helping me" and now I can buy he asked me to leave like if I was a criminal! I hope it wasn't racial but it sure felt like it my wife was waiting and watching everything from the car. El Paso is my home and I have friends and family in all parts of town and have never experienced anything like that in any other circle k or convenience store for that matter. I understand there are rude customers and employees take a lot but there was no need for his actions towards me, definitely not my fault for faulty store equipment!"
"Sorry to blast, but worst circle I have been at. Long lines and coffee station a mess, and no lids at all. Management needs to get on the ball and get this place running better and looking better."
