"Sent a family member to pick up an ice from coldstone and this is what I received I am very disappointed I paid 10 dollars and some change for half waffle bowl and half bowl of ice this is totally ridiculous I will never go to the coldstone on mesa they are rip offs. The one on Eastlake is so much better. Here is a comparison."

"Customer service is horrible at this location. ONE girl with blonde hair looked lost and confused and the heavy set one in the back came out looking like she was ready to fight..I was there to fix the garbage I had paid for ... I have on MY phone where the Manger Brianna, Berniece..Gabby ( not to sure what name she gave me)had called me to let me know she was leaving for the day and she advised the night crew to fix what i paid for just to take in the ice cream.No problem..I wasn't asking for more ice cream or my money back...all I was asking for was for them to fix what I thought I had paid for..nothing was fixed tonight. Inspect your ice cream before you leave that place BUT FIRST HIRE SOME PEOPLE WITH COMMON COURTESY- That's all...HOWEVER... I will never spend a penny of mine or anyone else's money at this place..and please don't offer flavors or adverise you can't fully fulfill and serve."

"What an abysmal excuse for customer service. They completely ruined my New Year's Eve visit. I understand someone has to take calls, but that doesn't mean my order should just sit for 5 minutes on the stone not being completed. Worse the same person who took the call was going to come back and keep mixing my ice cream without having washed his hands; this is an obvious health safety violation. I walked out disappointed. This experience guaranteed that Baskin Robbins will be my ice cream choice from here on out. I'll never give my business to Cold Stone again."

"Brianna, who works in coldstone, just made my daughter’s birthday day more special. We went to ask if we can get icecream cake for birthday in 2-tier. One of the coldstone employee said it might melt when you cut the top or bottom. So it’s very risky to make 2-tier. But Brianna, said she will do it for us, so confidently. And we trusted her. We gave her the decorative stuff and box to her a day before. And then what she did was magic!!! Top layer was chocolate delight and bottom was cheesecake named desire flavor. We traveled 30 mins in car to the celebration spot and the cake was just fine. I am very grateful for Brianna’s effort. Thank you Brianna!!!"

"I had been promising my daughter that I would bring her to Cold Stone Creamery, and with it being 93 degrees out, it was the perfect day to Indulge! We each ordered a chocolate dipped waffle cone that was scooped to the brim! I had French vanilla and chocolate ice cream and my daughter had a mix of cotton candy ice cream. They were delicious, and the service was great! The attendants were extremely friendly, and helpful. Recommended, and we most definitely will be back!"
