"I went inside to purchase something, they were very busy so I expected to wait but didn't realize that a new cashier couldn't sell anything while the training cashier was busy locking up coolers and who knows what else she was doing because she went outside. Then when the training cashier came back in, she jumped on the other register and instead of dealing with the line that had formed, she let people cut in line and the trainee started cashing people out. And you wonder why people get a upset...... Need to schedule accordingly during 5 pm rush hour."
