"I was looking for a suit for my brother's funeral. I was unable to find anything that would be suitable and/or that would fit. Otherwise the store was well kupdate and had a large assortment of clothing. There was only one employee on duty. He never came out from behind the counter."
"Do not recommend online ordering. My dad just got his suit in the mail and it came balled up in a bag in a small box! You can imagine the deep wrinkles running through it after being in that small box… Unfolded at that. Brooks Brothers, I suggest you get proper packaging to avoid this in the future."
