"Round Rock -La Frontera (Store 1110) This store has turned into a filthy flea market. Unsophisticated. Unclean. Unorganized. And I know the workers are underpaid. Disgust. Disgust. Disgust!!!!!!! And let me add, this is what it looks like year-round. Not just seasonal. I may just trip over something; fall break a bone and file a lawsuit. And the responses to our reviews are just bots from another country."

"This store is a disaster, the aisles are full of items on the floor to a point where you can't take your cart through. As other reviews have mentioned the situation is still the same, the company keeps putting out canned responses with no real action. It's sad to see this store is such a bad state, if I was the manager of this store I would be ashamed. Lines were long with only 1 cashier, left my cart with everything in it. I refuse to support an organization that thinks they can treat their customers like peasant. I personally would never be shopping at Burlington again. Another cannd response lol this is becoming a joke."

"Someone from the company used a generic response template and didn’t even proof read “(insert store name here)” it’s obvious why the customer service is lacking.—This was an unsuccessful shopping trip. The young lady at the register in a pink shirt I’m assuming new to the company probably still in training was left alone with over 10 people in her line. This girl needed help so badly and was stuck on a transaction. I walked the store to find her some assistance there were two employees hanging out by the fitting room and I asked if someone could assist her one said she’s on break and the other said she was covering for the girl on break so she couldn’t help. When I got to the front of the store their greeter or front door manager helped the young lady through the issue but stated he couldn’t take anyone else because he had to return to the front door. I can appreciate being greeted, but there seem to only be 4 branch employees in the store of which only 1 was able to assist customers who is new and needed help. Outside of me not getting the items I wasn’t due to the long lines and cluttered walkways I left because I didn’t agree with the employee experience. There is a hiring sign out front but there has to be a change of mindset from within to retain top talent."

"This store is not as organized as it used to be. The product aisles were very disorganized. Unrelated products such as adult swimsuits came out of children's clothes. When I asked the stuff, where a product was, she said it was around here somewhere and left. We couldn't find any of the products we wanted. Even though it is a very big store, there is not even a small chair to rest. I am not healthy and athletic. I stopped shopping halfway through because I was so tired. Please think of the overweight and the elderly."

"You can find nice things at good prices. I do have a complaint. I've gone about 5 times since Thanksgiving and the fitting rooms have always been closed at this location. Last time I was told is they had to do inventory, I'm not sure how allowing people to try on clothing would interfere. On a different occasion I was told the person in that area had left for the day. 3 stars for fitting room. This is response to the "owner response" about returns. I totally know about your return policy but it is a big inconvenience to your shoppers having to purchase try on at home and bring back if it doesn't work out. And last night 8/10/23 I called before going to store to make sure dressing room would be available, I was told yes and as soon as I arrived they were closed. I even saw young man trying on shirts in the home decor area in front of the mirrors and I do not blame him I'd do the sameif I could. By the way some higher management should come and see what is going on in this location because it's a total mess someone is going to get hurt for sure you can bare walk through most aisles. Dangerous situation for sure. Looks like too much merchandise is being placed out , even on floors. And clothing unorganized. I have never seen such a messy unorganized store. And you did have about four workers out on the floor that were just chit-chatting to each other like if they were on break instead of working or attending the dressing room that was now closed. This last visit made me bring my three stars down to one *."
