"This is the last time I will go to an HTeaO The service is nonexistant and the tea has gotten sooo weak that it doesn't even taste like flavored water. I'm notsure what customer service has come too lately but ALL of the HTeaO,s lack customer service. Having a 60 year old woman with bad arthritis carrying out 3 5 gallon bottles and 2 3 gallon bottles by herself is not good. If I were to get hurt on your property doing YOUR job not good."
