"Horrible!!! The store closes at 7pm however when I get there at 6:30 Nicole right away said they're closed. I asked her what time they close and she said 7. As I remind her that it's 6:30pm, she let's us in. Not even 10 min later another client tries to come in but Nicole tells him that they are closed. As I was being rushed in my shopping I looked at Nicole and nodded my head. She knew exactly that it wasn't 7pm yet. Like if you don't want to work then don't or go find another job that closes early. Don't change the store hours just because you want to go home early. Very very unprofessional."
"Please remind your cashiers and workers customer service goes a long way. Was in here yesterday 2 cashiers at the register one ringing up the other next to her, the lady did not greet us, ask if we found everything okay, did not thank us NADA! 0 communication from this lady at all. Super super unprofessional!"
"The young white manager was completely unprofessional. She was taking a personal boy drama call at the checkout while the line grew. When a young female Hispanic employee asked to take her break she told her no she was sending her home because the store had only made 6,000 and was supposed to be at 12,000. All of this out loud and totally unprofessional. This was on April 17th around 5:00. Get that girl out of there. She is not ready to be a manager of anything."
"Store was packed. The second we walked in we got chased out saying there "were too many people in the store for that" because we said we can't wear masks. Everyone else with masks though had no issue being packed side to side with their masks, touching them and then touching the products. Gross!"
"I love this place!! Great deals and clothing. We went in once and paid $60 for $600 worth of clothes! I wear my shirts a lot and still looks great and is great quality. I would highly recommend."
