"I like to kick tires here. This trip did not produce any significant purchase, or shopping experience. Regardless, I enjoyed myself. The downside to this particular trip was that I tried to purchase three tool chests that were on Black Friday special... Last day. It was 7:30 and they close at 8:00. I asked if I could pay for the three cabinets and come pick them up tomorrow. They declined my request. A nearly $600 sale turn down because they would have to keep them in the store overnight. I have never heard of such bad customer service and a retail environment before. It was closing time. It was not going to pose an inconvenience to the store. I was going to have to go home and get my 5x8 trailer because my Ford escape would not hold these three units. In fact, I probably would have had to make two trips anyway. This is not the first time I have encountered less than intelligent management within a Harbor Freight store. It is also why I don't do more business with them."

"I drove for over an hour to this location because they were out of the products I needed in the locations in my area. Staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. They even ensured I received a discount on items I purchased and then retrieved them from the back room and loaded the heavy items in my truck. As a customer service professional for over 40 years I can attest to the fact that every staff member at this location provided me with world-class service. For me this was a rare experience and I Thank you."

"The Taylor store is great small town Friendly, I was looking for a particular item one of the staff members walk me all the way to the item. Excellent customer service. On top of the fact my money was a little tight manager discount it for me just a little so I had enough. Overall excellent in my. Store was clean well-stocked couldn't have asked for a better experience"
