"Don't go there! The General manager was very rude when I called to tell them to take my card off file for a family member that I helped for the 1st week payment. They kept charging my account and then gonna say I authorized them to charge my account for merchandise that was not mine! When I called to confirm delivery I advised the employee that the card used was not the person who had the merchandise. I just helped them pay and he said that was fine. Nope!!!! They charged me for 2 months. Then the general manager had the nerve to tell me she was going to pick up the merchandise when she knew the person who's account it was. These people are crooks and need to be fired! I had to literally go off because she started screaming through the phone. This was one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful encounters I have had in a long time. I will continue to give the worse reviews because this location is horrible and their customer service is quite disgusting! They are fraudulent!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Went in today ready to purchase a laptop or a computer and couldn’t get the lady working to help us! My husband walked over to the lady sitting at the computer and texting on her phone, and told her that I needed help with purchasing something and she didn’t even reply. She looked at him and looked back at her computer. Waited about 5 more minutes walked around the store and she never even moves. I walk over to her and she asks (without even looking at me) if I needed something. I said that I WAS going to buy a computer but I wanted to speak to her manager. She said the manager wouldn’t be in until Thursday. Never looked at me. Never said anything else. Just went back to texting and computer. I don’t understand why people get customer service jobs but don’t know how to serve customers or just plain won’t. I won’t go to this location ever again and I really hope the manager sees this and actually cares. Quit hiring lazy workers. If you don’t want to work go home!!"

"I have been a long time customer with this store. I have purchased to date over 9k worth of products (9,344.71$) to be exact. I have seen in the last year this store really become customer orientated first hand. I had a issue with one of my appliances a few months back on a Saturday evening. I called the store at closing time. I was going to wait until Monday but, the manager Jessica without hesitation came out after hours and fixed my washer on a Saturday. I was thrilled! That's customer service folks and that why I will be a long time customer with this company!"

"My family is a long term customer, we pay on time and follow through with all of our agreements yet as a reliable repeat customer that has spent thousands of dollars in the store we are treated like crap. There are non stop problems, the women who work there are idiots who ALWAYS screw up every order (I am a woman so this is not male biased) , they cost my husband 125 bucks of pay by calling him at work because he was sent home even though they were told NOT to call him at work for this very reason. We purchased a TV, the lens went out, it took them 2 months to get us a new lens. They lied and made excuses the entire 2 months! We purchased a table and chairs from them, they made us come in 2 weeks before we wanted it to fill out an agreement so they could order it, we made arrangements for when it would be paid and we still get billed 2 weeks before we ever actually had anything in our home. The table was damaged upon delivery and 3 chairs were BROKEN, again, nothing but excuses. This store is unreliable.. The products at Aarons are going seriously down in quality but the prices are steadily going up. This store is not worth the blood contract you make with it, because with all the hassles, damages and horrible customer service a blood contract is just what it feels like! You would be better off saving your money for a few months than dealing with Aarons rent to own, especially if you have to buy from the Taylor, TX store!"
