"Extremely disappointing service. Technician does not know how to provide a good customer service. Poor capacity. I arrived 10 min late and my appointment was cancelled!? If you provide a service to repair phones, you have to understand that those who have their phone broken, might be late a few minutes as they are struggling to navigate without navigation to your place. NEVER AGAIN!"

"Tyler arrived promptly this morning and was very professional. Knowledgeable too about printers and computers. Solved an issue where I wasn't getting sound into my HDMI home theater system. The guy is a credit to The Geek Squad!!"

"Nightmare delivery and no support! Do not pay for geek squad. What a waste of $200. New refrigerator was dumped in the middle of our garage. No relocation of our old fridge. Hours on the phone with customer service and waiting for call backs. Go through Lowes for appliance needs. Best Buy can deliver but they apparently can’t install."

"I had multiple TVs and a surround installed by geek squad and paid for the membership. They installed everything good and that’s it. I called to get somebody to come back out and I was transferred multiple times and hung up on. The geek squad sold this me never ship to me as if I could call them out if I had any issues with the tv and surround sound they hooked up. I called and they told me the membership is now only to bring computers in to be fixed. I don’t have computer issues I have a surround sound issue. The only good thing about the membership is getting a discount on installations outside of that do not get this."

"I purchased as an unintentional "bait and switch", but I decided not to give Best Buy a hard time about it. Sometimes I've received good service and other times I find it very difficult to get good or timely help and I have not used the service in many months (mostly because it is hard to get through the call queue). Just recently another $200 charge for the Geek Squad service appeared on my card as part of the automatic renewal.... Guess I'll give them another year to impress me and perhaps I'll change my rating (giving 3 stars at this time)."
