"I have been getting my tires here in Georgetown for over 15 years. At LEAST 15 sets of tires purchased here at this location so far & I am still impressed with the service. Nick was helpful and patient with my request for information over the phone (I like to know they have what I want before I get there). When I got there and stood in line, Jaycee was dealing quite calmly with a difficult customer and when the conversation was over the customer said “Oh I see, I understand now.” This is a clear display of how, with patience, they have been able to explain that the policies are there to protect the customer’s safety. I was super impressed today with 2 different employees showing patience and expertise! Y’all keep it up."

"Came in to drop about $1,500 on all new tires. When I walked in, I asked if I needed to sign in to get in line. I was told "I will be right with you." 2 other customers, who only wanted 1 tire came in after me and were helped first. I even had time to write this bad review and still haven't been helped. Looks like we can't do business."

"I was really impressed with both the people and the process at this tire shop. I called ahead and spoke to Jonah, who provided all the information I needed before coming in. He gave me an accurate estimate of the time things would take and a range of tire pricing, ensuring no surprises. Upon arrival, Galen greeted me before I even stepped in the door. He assessed my situation and checked me in. Despite a large number of customers, they fixed my tire at no charge, and the whole process took only about an hour. The friendliness throughout was impressive. I highly recommend this shop."
