"Store clerk ignored our attempts to purchase a generator battery which is basically a car battery. He was on the phone with customers waiting we left and went to AutoZone! I suggest you don’t waste time with this store! We buy about 35 batteries a year and never have issues with purchases. Except for this store?"

"Lacking in customer service. Came in to see if they had a part for my truck... They said they didn't have it and didn't act like they knew what I was even talking about. Seemed to be rude to other customers but I was probably just sensitive at this point..I then came out to my truck and looked online and they actually had the part I wanted in stock. So I went back in to get it. Still wasn't very helpful."

"Excellent customer service. Excellent knowledgeability and was able to give recommendations based off experience. Their employees did a great job on both ends, helping me to get replacement warrantied parts in a very fast time, and protecting their store against false warranty claims, which cause higher prices and creates extra work for employees. I was here for a defective alternator which I purchased at the same location a week ago and they promptly got me a replacement. They stand by their warranties however this particular location checked over every detail to make sure it was a warranty coverage.. Excellent job Oreilys in Atascocita at FM 1960 and staff."

"I came looking for an obscure part, needing 8 of them, they had 2. I managed to get my vehicle running with the 2, but with relays, it's best to replace the entire bank when multiple begin to fail. The gentleman I was dealing with called other Houston locations and had the other 6 within a few hours that same day, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The staff were knowledgeable and nice. Will shop here for my automotive needs going forward..."
