"The clothes look cute and the prices are low. But I'll never go back. The jeans I purchased were not dye fast and dyed my entire load of laundry blue. The tops fell apart in the dryer because the stitching on the seams was done badly. I wasted over $50 on clothes that I only wore once! Spend your money elsewhere on clothes you will be able to wear more than twice."

"Poor customer service. I was the only person in the store and no one offered to assist me, let alone greet me. After about 5 minutes I left. Two employees were standing at the register having a conversation and I was never acknowledged! I was looking in the section next to the register, so I was in plain view. Customer service goes a long way for me. If they didn't have time to spend a few seconds using some basic customer service skills, I figured I did not have the time to spend my hard-earned money in that store. I was very disappointed. I've never had this experience at any other Cato location. Definitely will not return."

"Would be nice if they actually honored the hours posted online & on their front door. I watched 5 customers walk up to the dark storefront between 12-12:10. No one answered the phone when I called but I got a busy tone. I will go back to the Post Oak location where the ladies actually care about their jobs & treat customers with respect."
