McDonald's

"Ordered in the kiosk but the Shamrock Shake wasn’t listed. Two managers past and we told them the problem, they said we’d have to add it at the counter. Fine, we were paying cash anyway which means we had to go to the counter even after using the kiosk. We waited at the counter for over five minutes with workers looking at us or walking past. (The two in ‘manager shirts’ had gone to a corner table to talk. It may have been business related, but really it seems dumb for the two slightly competent people to go have a conversation from 5:30 to 6:00 pm during dinner time). We waited at the counter, which was small and austere with a low ceiling like you are waiting to talk to an inmate. Clearly they don’t want customers actually inside this building. A line was forming behind us if others who needed a cashier. Finally we called out to workers in the back and someone came up. The put in the shake order, but with some confusion had to retype in the rest of our food and soda order. Food took more that 15 minutes to come up to the counter, then there were two shakes and no soda. So a soda was made but only filled half full. We asked that they fill it up (there’s no self serve fountain in this new McDonalds) and the employee went back to the fountain and stood there confused until a manager (meeting is over? Yay!) got a new cup and filled the drink. It’s a bad experience all around. If you want to eat in I suggest you use the drive through and then park and come in. There is no customer service standard anymore."

"Wow, you've managed to make dining in at McDonald's incredibly unpleasant. The service is terrible. The ordering is ridiculously bad and the employees painfully inept. It was like if a prison served burgers. Added a pic of the spilled shake apparently no one knows how to clean up. This was a torturous visit. I wish you a speedy bankruptcy, apparently it's the only way you'll learn."

"WHY DO YOU OFFER CURBSIDE BUT NEVER BRING IT OUT?!? Every time I order curbside no matter what time of day I always have to go inside to get my order. How stupid?! And the number you call doesn’t even work. Lazy is what I call it. Because I know you have to hit a button to clear the screen why not bring me my order?! I’d rather go to the OG McDonald’s in Leander off 183. F this one they are truly horrible. Fix yourselves!!"

"We NEVER eat McDonald's but we were super impressed day 1 that this place opened. So I gave it a try yesterday. Ordered 10 piece nugget, double cheeseburger, and a spicy chicken sandwich. Got home and had a large French fry. I was so frustrated cause I had went right before 5 o'clock traffic. Now I had to go back in busy traffic if I wanted my food. I got my correct order the 2nd time. Cheeseburger seemed like it had been sitting around forever. Chicken sandwich was cold and hard. And the nuggets were almost stale tasting and cold. We couldn't even finish any of the items. It was awful."
