"Took an hour to make wings and the sauce was very much missing from the wings. Could have got a better quality wing at a local sonic…and that’s saying something. Chicken was good…but the flavor profile I ordered just wasnt executed. The flavors look good on paper but would look better on the wings. Thank you"

"I called in an order for 20 piece boneless wings. When I got home it was all classic. I called and spoke with the general manager. She was very rude about it and stated she wasn’t going to do anything about it. So I’m stuck with wings that I can’t eat since I don’t eat meat with bones. Im a manager in customer service and this isn’t how you treat your customers. Will be making a corporate complaint."

"Keep in mind this is DAY 2 of being open. I placed my order online and came in right at the time it told me online to pick up and I waited 3 min for fresh hot food. The hero today was Malaysia who was kicking butt in the front of house answering phones and helping out everyone coming in for togo orders ect. For it being day 2 of being open, they ABSOLUTELY crused it. Took my pick up order home and enjoyed fresh hot food for dinner. Will definitely be back!"
