"Normally, I am very satisfied with this location. We always order online, and we did this on Friday, February 23, 2024 as well. Our order was expected to be ready by 6:46 pm, I arrived at 6:50 along with a sports team from a local tournament. I was told that "We are still working on your order", so I sat down and waited. After 12 of these athletes ordered at the counter and received their food, I checked on my order again. I was again told that "we are still working on your order." After they completed another 10 sandwiches for the children ordering at the counter, I finally received my food. As previously mentioned, we have been very happy with this location and the food is always great, I just felt really slighted this evening."

"The staff are absolute lifesavers! I stop here every two weeks to get catering for my game nights with friends. Last week I messed up my order and even at the 11th hour they were able to come through and help make my game night successful! The service here alone is enough to give them 5 stars! This location really knows what they are doing, and I could not appreciate them more for it!"

"You can’t beat the positive energy and service at this Jersey Mike’s location. I’m here once a week not only for the amazing sandwiches but also because I know I will have a good experience. They are always super busy but never miss greeting you when you walk in. They work fast and this team clearly has it down to a science because they’re always making up a ton of to-go orders while serving people in-person as well. So glad we have this Jersey Mike’s in our area!"

"The store is always clean, well-stocked and welcoming when I walk in. Staff is cheerful and quick to ask how they can assist. The manager, Nate is a one of a kind. He is always right in the middle of the team assisting and even prepping orders right next to his staff. Definitely leads from the front. Awesome experiences, and fantastic food."

"My husband tried their Big Cajuns cheese steak sandwich on wheat. Said it was good. I was trying to get something a little more healthy and choose the turkey/provolone on gluten free bread. Next time I will not be choosing that kind of bread. So dry and not enough mayo could make it taste better IMO. Will be trying their wheat bread next time for sure. I took a bite of my husband’s sandwich and totally soft and tasty. The staff was super fast and friendly. There was a line but we didn’t wait more than 5 minutes, if that. Place is clean and bright."
