"Pathetic!!! Pass by approx 3:10am on Feb 06,2024 The only reason was because whataburger was so packed and I was ready to just get home from work… I ordered the buttery jack with regular fries and no pickles… Can’t say I was surprised when I saw pickles but all the food was cold… For the area that this location is at, it’s ridiculous. My stomach is absolutely killing me now probably have food poisoning after the food he served me.. all these complaints and y’all still can’t hire the right people to go flip burgers and make sure the food metes proper standards, what a shame… The last thing this late night shift needs a raise, there’s no excuse for this type of service"

"I ordered two meals one being an ultimate cheeses burger. I received a single which means in my mind is the cook kept one for themselves. My ultimate had one patty. Otherwise I was happy with the taste of my fast food meal….. I did receive an additional milkshake that I shouldn’t have so I’m sure it was an honest mistake."

"Absolutely great. From getting my order, preparing and handing my order. These team was awesome. I was heading out and drop my drink and the gentleman got me a new drink. Night shift, They need a raise enough said."

"This is such a nice new part of town, and this Jack-n-the-box is fairly new. It's a shame, but they need to just close this store. I should've known when I went through the drive-thru right around 12 noon and there wasn't any other cars in line. In spite of no customers, service was still slow. I went through the drive-thru to get 3 Jumbo Jacks with cheese. I also bought 1 order of onion rings and 1 order of stuffed jalapenos. The burgers were the worst burgers I have ever bought - not exaggerating. Everything in them was ice cold, cold "beef" patties, mushy tomatoes, cold stale buns. We had to throw them away after the first bite. Not sure when the burger patties were cooked - day before yesterday maybe? The onion rings were $3.99 and there was only about 4 and a half small/medium onion rings and they were broken up. At over $1 each for an onion ring with the crust half knocked off and in pieces, they're definitely not worth it. The jalapenos were also in pieces, over fried, crust fallen off, and I don't think I got the order of 7 that I paid for. It was more like 5 and a half. After this I won't be going to any Jack-n-the-box for a while if ever. It's sad because they have so many craveable menu items but this was the worst quality - all of it was inedible. First time we have ever had to all throw away 3 hamburgers after the first bite."

"Man these food places are getting more ridiculous..like I'm tired of having to ck my food(he!!) Now I have to taste my food!? We were the only ones their and the girl didn't seem like she knew what she was doing..hintz the now I guess I better taste my food now.. went through drive through- Emma kept talking over my husband when he was trying to order..and she still didn't listen..how did I get the wrong sandwich (I got a dried out warmed up again SPICY chicken sandwich that's cold w hard bread..w hardly any bacon and had cheese when I specifically ordered no cheese) his regular fries were way too salty. Curly fries were good but really?? Wrong, reheated sandwich that was cold w old( or reheated bread that gets hard) then we ask for the picante sauce- the sauce that's given for breakfast borittos . The girl looked confused asked her again, and again she was confused looking... had to explain more of what it was we were talking about.. finally got it and jz went home and that's when I pulled out the sandwich that was wrong.. so aggravated that ppl get paid to do a job and can't seem to do it correctly- yes everybody makes mistakes but we were the only ones their!! It wasn't busy! Hate wasting $$! Drinks were good as well as our curly fries."
