"I got La peruana Maki #1 and did not like it at all, no flavor whatsoever. I will come back for the leche de tigre tho. I really want to try it. I originally came to get that bit they only sell it on Wednesdays... for 14 dollars it was just bad food. Now I have to go get lunch somewhere else. Good people tho. I give the Maki 0 stars"

"First and foremost, if you've never tried Peruvian food before, you're in for a treat! This is a new food truck based at The Crossover in Cedar Park, and I'm so glad we're getting some variety of food in the area now. They specialize in fusing Peruvian and Asian food together, and there's a bit of something for everyone on the menu. I ordered La Tejana today, and it did not disappoint. This is a sushi roll they call “makis”, and it has a steak and avocado base with chimichurri sauce and jalapeños. The fries with chimichurri was also a win for me. The Crossover does get busy some days. Today was no exception, so there might be a wait, but it was worth it. At night, they also play traditional Peruvian music. I'll be back with the fam."
