"I used to eat here a lot because it is a gluten-free restaurant. Lately, it seems like the food isn't as good as it used to be. The last few times the cauliflower chips started to seem tough to the point it was difficult to eat. The chips are normal light but they have been greasy. The fish tacos have been my favorite because the shells are typically light and crispy, not greasy at all. Always seasoned well. Unfortunately, the last two times it was greasy and chewy. Hopefully, it is just a fluke. Will try again and see but normal this is a great place to eat."

"We decided to check this place out before running Sunday errands. It was probably around 1230PM. We were seated when we walked in the door. Menus were already on the table. We waited…and waited…and waited. Had a couple servers walk past us, but nobody acknowledged us. It wasn’t too busy, but still other tables had people. We waited another few minutes before we decided to leave as a server started cleaning up the table next to us, but still no acknowledgment of us being there. It worked out, though-we went to Brooklyn Heights pizzeria across the street with a warm welcome. I think we had our food quicker there than the entire time we waited at Guaco. Hopefully you don’t have the same experience we did at Guaco."

"Super friendly place! I just popped in after signing up my grandson for the junior golf summer program at Crystal Falls Golf Course down the street. Super easy to find location on the corner of Lakeline and Crystal Falls Parkway. I had two fish tacos because my new friend at the bar, Bob recommended them. Wow! Flounder fish tacos were perfectly and lightly fried- NOT greasy fish and chips style. The crispy taco shells are better than the typical crispy taco shells. They reminder my of Los Pericos. They have three sauces. I loved the creamy jalapeno. I topped it off with an Arnold Palmer."
