"My crunchy taco had fresh lettuce and a good amount of cheese. My cheesy potatoes were covered in a solid covering of nacho cheese sauce and sour cream. The employee at the counter was polite."

"Bad experience. First time at this location. Picked up a 12 pack of all "hard" tacos for my family, 6 Doritos and 6 regular. All 12 were soft soggy more like it. Dorito taco's were all busted up regular taco's were stale. Thinking maybe we can salvage by scraping off the meat, lettuce and cheese and use the top part... Well we couldn't they were stale. We live in Lakeway... If I wasn't already on the road I would have turned around. Yeah, soooo. Waste of money and lost appetite. So disappointing."

"I have been to this location several different times, hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt. They skimp on fillings. It's like they research how much is just enough sour cream/cheese sauce/minuscule pieces of meat to make it taste like the item you ordered, but they are trying too hard to minimize food costs and it is showing. Bite into any soft tortilla item and you can see that it is 65% bread, followed my mostly sour cream, cheese sauce, and maybe a little bit of rice. Also, I had some cinnamon twists from here once that tasted like they were fried in rancid oil. *Edit- responded to email address provided in their reply and received no response"

"It’s been a whole ordeal i first waited in line no one answered the board for 10 minutes so I drove to the front to see if food was being handed out and couldn’t tell so I got back in line and noticed the car in front of me had left so I got out of line again and could see that they were taking orders so I reversed in the second lane and was told to move I politely said I’m in no one’s way and I’m just waiting on a Uber order they sent someone else to the window and she was nice and seemed to want to help but then another girl came out and said I need to move I’m sorry I get y’all are slammed and busy but honestly I’m hurting no one being in this lane so I’m just going to sit here and wait for my order she responded and said then you just won’t get your order. I had to walk to the window to get them to acknowledge me and given their rude behavior I decided to start recording with my phone facing the ground they refused to say their names when I asked politely for them. they tried to pass one girl off as the manager but she caved and said she wasn’t the manager but that she would get the manager . Manager seemed reasonable and helpful at first but when he brought my order out he said he can’t have me yelling at his employees and I told him point blank that I was friendly didn’t raise my voice and that I have all the evidence on camera he said well I only know what they told me and I politely said well I’m the customer instead of accusing me maybe next time try asking I told him my intent to bring the video to the general manager and he told me I am now not allowed on the lot and he will have me arrested and by doing so he took my voice away as a consumer he asked me for my name I of course refused to give it to him he then started taking pictures of my license plate without any reason what so ever and told me the gm will side with the employees over the customer. I had pretended to record the managers actions but unfortunately I don’t have any proof of how he behaved but I do have a witness. Everyone in line told me I was handling everything so well one woman even said you go girl. All I did was stand my ground in a respectful manner Taco Bell you make me sad and I will 100% in person make my complaint and share the video with the gm and if they arrest me for standing up for myself well it is what it is"

"This location is as bad as the one on Hero Way. Went here at lunch time around 1pm and ordered two regular tacos, they were cold and shells were stale. I asked for extra hot sauce and Van only gave me two or three packets, she shut the drive through window and I waited until she came back, I asked for more and she gives me 2 more and I like can I have a few more and she rolled eyes and her attitude popped! No hello, no thank you and no good bye! If these people don’t like their jobs go find something that you are happy doing! It was a waste of $4 dollars. The owner needs to hire better managers and then better employees! One taco only had cheese and the other barely any meat! Pathetic! Do better for your customers."
