"I came in for 30 minutes (on my lunch break) I was trying to redeem a coupon because last time something in my order was missing. I talked to the manager Lizette and she seemed upset that I came in to use this coupon to “fix my order” When I went back to the table to wait for my food I overheard them speaking in a tone to another employee because of my coupon. Don’t come here. Worst Chick Fil A experience I’ve ever had. You’re better off going to Cedar Park location."

"I would say they are quite busy during rush hours but they have always being able to provide the same level of customer service and no missing food items. They have regular events at the location and a playground for my kid to play so. Keep up the good work."

"Went through the drive/pick up line. In consideration of the line length and the time needed for cooking, I waited the appropriate amount of time for my food to arrive at my window. The potatoes weren’t mushy nor was the chicken still chirping. It tasted fresh with a nice crisp, just as I like my chicken sandwiches and fries! The teen delivering the bags of food is awesome. As the bags arrived to the window, he ensured every order was being delivered promptly to the correct vehicle. I reminded him to breathe and unless exercising or in danger, it’s not necessary to run. Life isn’t a marathon. People can practice patience, especially to receive quality food and service. Just because clicking a button to order is quick doesn’t mean all else will quickly follow."

"Waited 75 minutes for my free 30 piece nuggets that was given as a free reward and eventually left without getting any food, but I just want to congratulate the staff on all their hard work and kindness that never once waivered (and I saw at least 100 orders pass me up). I don't know any of the names of the staff that were working, but keep it up and thanks for all you do. Despite not getting any food, I appreciate y'all!!"

"I typically have good service but today was absolutely terrible. Writing in hopes that management sees this and corrects it. I placed a pick up order at 3:25pm today for 30 chicken nuggets, it was a promo offered today. At 3:44pm I inquired how much longer it would be as I had to drop family at the airport. I was told it would be another 20 minutes or so before my order would be ready. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!. Waiting 40 minutes for an order of nuggets is mind blowing and I can’t imagine the franchisee thinks it is. I could not wait any longer so I was given 2 chicken sandwich’s (that I said I would pay for) if they would reinstate my promo offer so I could come back later today for the nuggets. The young lady manager on duty seemed confused and said that the promo was for today only. I know that, I was going to come back after the airport and get my nuggets. Nope, she offered no explanation, can’t put my reward back on my account. I pondered what they would have done had I been in the drive through line. I am not happy with my service today at all."
