"Took my kids this afternoon. We ordered one chicken quesadilla and one asada quesadilla. Ruby and her daughter are sweet and friendly, food was amazing (as you can see from picture my son was devouring it), and the new atmosphere at Nameless Saloon was peaceful with music playing in the background."
"I was in Texas and found this adorable food truck with the best Mexican food I’ve ever tried. You can taste the authenticity of the food. Most importantly the love that’s put into the food. I knew I had to have more so I hired Casita Ruby to come to Southern California to cater her famous Birria tacos and they were hit. Coming from So Cal we are known for good Mexican food but I haven’t been able to find nothing like Casita Ruby’s Birria tacos they were just as good as I remembered. I can’t thank you enough for coming all the way from Texas to let us taste your amazing food. Our guests couldn’t get enough. Reach out to Ruby for your next Mexican food catering.
