"The place has potential. I thought long and hard about what I am going to write. I came in for lunch today and I ordered the steak tips and gravy and my partner had the chicken fried chicken. My steak tips had a warmed over flavor, which means they may have prepared the tips ahead of time and put them in the microwave to warm up. I have no way of proving this, but that is how it tastes like. They were also full of mushrooms, as you can see in the picture it's almost like they put a container of mushrooms in there. My partner says the chicken fried chicken was pretty good, with no real complaints. The portions are a decent size for a lunch size, though the lunch prices aren't too far off from dinner pricing. The service was pretty attentive, I didn't have to wait long to get seated and get my drink. I would come back again and give them another shot because like I said, I feel like they have potential."
"I’m so glad we found this place! The food was delicious, service was great, and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. I had the lunch size pork chop with french fries. The pork chop was was juicy and had excellent flavor. The fries were good as well and they had the perfect amount of crisp to them. My wife had the lunch size beef tips which comes with mashed potatoes covered in brown gravy. She loved them. My wife and I will definitely be coming back and telling all of our friends about this amazing place."
"Yes the rolls paired with the biscuit hit the spot. Loved the food and it was a relaxing spot for dinner. Try the country fried steak for sure. Haven't been here in like 20 years so they are doing something right. The doors remain open and people are still coming. I will be back and it is a highly recommended spot to eat."
"Nothing has changed! Friendly and good meal. 8oz fillet (we asked for charred rare and they were perfect) seemed 10oz. Fresh salad and homemade bread are always yummy. We love dining here."
