"My friend Drove in from Jennings Louisiana here visiting family looking for clothes to wear to his Christmas party. I walked around this place for over an hour not one person asked if we needed help. There was an older Gentleman who ask 3 people looked at me and never asked me if I needed help. Some people are just stuck in there ways. We spent over 150.00 no one there got the commission."
"Came in late with my husband to find a shirt for his grandmother's funeral. We asked the older gentleman to help with the size. He said what was out was all they had. We asked the young man at the register and he said the Plano location had a few but realized they HAD 9 in stock. He asked another young man, Bubba to go look and came back with it in hand! Although they were about to close they didn't rush us out the door. We were pleased with their customer service. Thank you!"
