"3/1/24 Hwy 6 location near Walmart. Little boy at the window had zero soft skills. I would overlook the lack of soft skills if he had gotten the order correct. Asked for a double meat burger, he gave a single meat junior burger. Asked for extra onions, he didn’t put any onions on the burger. He did get the tater tots correct. While he was singing loud and not focusing he could have gotten my order right. Not to mention the burger was cold. Now I know Whataburger is a much better choice."

"waited atleast 40mins in drive through, the tater tots were undercooked and the Mozzarella sticks were overcooked and hollow? Also, gave us stomach aches :/"

"Unless you are ok with getting your food 20-25 minutes later in the drive up , then this is your place . Once again I at waiting over 10 minutes for anyone to take my order, then another 15 to actually get it in my hands . This location is so slow . I would go to the next closest in Sienna."

"Horrible, placed an order online when arrived we got the prompt on the screen, welcome your food is on its way then it said thank you enjoy your food, we waited almost 30 minutes. While waiting the carhop there was sitting not doing nothing on his phone the whole time. Took out a order still on the phone. Poor customer service and lazy employees. We got his attention told him we placed an order he went in and came right out with the food. So the food been sitting. So he lies and say someone with the same name had the same order. Really. So we said it's been sitting he said yeah but the drinks are good so I told him no thanks give me a refund back. I worked at sonic and we could never. They need to be secret shopped...."
