"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went through the drive thru for dinner yesterday and the employees and manager are extremely rude! I’m not sure how these rude individuals are even employed to be honest. This is not the Jimmy John’s culture. Sadly, it’s the only one in Laredo. It’s not ok to treat people poorly. Do your job with respect and integrity. If not, find another job! This restaurant needs a new owner and management team that will make Laredoans want to return without hesitation."
"Always fabulous service and fresh to order. I am very particular with my order and they never fail me! The owners strive for the best customer service and I am never disappointed when I order Jimmy Johns!! Cant even wait until I get home to eat it!! Their gargantuan truly lives up to the name, I always order it unwhiched ( wrapped in lettuce) and I need two hands to hold it!!!"
