"Went for a pre-birthday dinner and at first it started off okay. It wasn't until I started eating the fried fish I ordered. Omg, it was still rubbery...yep, it was raw! The four shrimp I ordered were perfect! I ordered fried fish and it came with a side, I got dirty rice....horrible and dry! I also ordered four shrimp for $4.99, they were delicious...no complaint! Oh, I almost forgot to mention the cole slaw, the best I've ever had...haven't had much because I just started eating it. I also ordered corn and potatoes which was not good either, corn needed to be cooked longer. I told my waiter Michael, who by the way did everything possible to try and accommodate me. He was great! One of the other hostesses told him to show the GM the food, I would have thought they would have came out to the table and apologize...but Noooo! Guess it's a new Era and no one does that anymore. Well, they did take off my meal and the added shrimp from the bill and Micheal also gave me a card for a free appetizer. I didn't even tell him I was celebrating my birthday. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location! Don't let the pics fool you because it looks good but it wasn't!"

The place was buzzing, yet the service was top-notch – friendly and attentive staff made our experience even more memorable. Can't wait for our next visit. A must-try for anyone craving authentic Tex-Orleans cuisine!"
"Nice quiet afternoon on the porch. Great service and food. We had the boiled shrimp and crab boil experience. Yum and this is our 2nd time there. Will go back for sure...wear the gloves...trust me...keep that chips and salsa coming...yum."

"This is such an amazing place to experience. The food is amazing! We had the shrimp po boy, red beans and rice, gumbo, empanadas, and a mix of deserts. When I say all were amazing, I mean all! Also our server Michael was the best. He had absolutely the best customer service and was very personable. This will definitely be our new go to place!!!"
