"Terrible experience, slow and lazy service. Ended up spending 45 minutes in the store just to get somebody to check me out with a box of fuses. Never again"
"I would definitely choose one of the other two O’Reilly’s on 105, as I am a big fan of O’Reilly’s, just not this location. The manager came out to look at my daughters car and they determined a new battery as needed. It is a dodge journey, so the battery is not the easiest to get to, but it’s not impossible. The manager went back inside and expressing to a coworker that he did not want to take out that battery. He said, “I’m not roughing that , it would take me an hour.“ My daughter was back in the store in 10 minutes with the core. He told her the reason why he couldn’t change your battery as he was under staff and only had there and had only four employees. This was the manager. In the future, we will definitely be going to one of the other O’Reillys for our vehicle needs."
