"Hi y’all the food is just like an old fashion diner . Friendly staff and lots of menu choices. Comes out hot and fresh more than enough for even a big appetite. Lots of easy parking. We went on a Saturday at brunch time no wait quick service. Calm and quiet atmosphere I recommend this place to everyone "……..until next time see you soon"

"Gosh, lived here a year and didn’t even know it was here! Kinda hidden in the corner of the center on 35-bypass and Mustang, behind Popeyes. Eaten here twice for breakfast. Yummy both times. Plenty of food, great service and wonderful customers. Love that they collect for the food pantry! We will be regular customers. ♥️"

"Local place in Alvin, Texas. I went for lunch mid-week. I ordered the veg plate with a cup of soup added. Chicken Veg Ric soup was very good, hot, loaded with chicken. The veg plate was ok....Twice baked potatoes were different. Basically, a baked potatoe (I think) cut in chunks, covered with a cheese sauce. Not bad. Green beans are pretty good. Mac n Cheese, nothing to write home about... Lastly, the last veg was not memorable as I can not remember what it was. IMO, for a small home cooking place in Alvin Tex, the portions were on the small side. For a chain place in Houston the portions are what you would expect. The service was adequate, not over the top good, but adequate. Prices were high, given the Biden economy of '23-'24 I guess it's to be expected. While I might try it again....the price to value for what I had seemed out of whack for me. Try it...just be prepared to pay-up."

"We came to eat and there was a sign on door that said they closed at 1pm. But we saw a couple walk in so we figured they were still taking in people not sure why they took that couple in but not us and then had the nerve to say they were with someone else when they had just gotten there like us they didn’t want our business we will not be coming back… by the way is not the food that is bad is the service we received when we got there!!"

"This is a cozy little dinner. You don't get a lot of food for the price. It doesn't taste homemade, but it wasn't bad. I got the build your own omelet with the potatoes. As you can see from the plate that was a nine dollar meal. So it definitely depends on you and what you like."
