"I couldn't wait for the opportunity to write this review. I found this restaurant by accident and I'm really glad I did. First of all, the friendliness of the staff made me feel welcome and invited. The menu is clear and concise. Most importantly, the food tasted almost like it was homemade from scratch. Each dish was made exactly to my personal requests. I think this is hands down the best Indian restaurant in Houston. Great prices, great community. Tandoori Roti swimming in butter, spicy Aloo Gobi rich with flavor."

"I think our lips are still tingling from Kurry Walah! My husband called their bluff ordering medium spice - they aren't playing! Butter chicken is a favorite. We had biryani with lamb and it was extremely flavorful, very tender. Don't sleep on the naan! They have several versions to choose from and the garlic is phenomenal. Our samosa appetizer was very dry, but they brought out sauces made in-house and that saved them. KW is a quaint spot, but big on service and spice!"
